YOUTH GROUP

CONTINUING JUDAISM POST BAR & BAT MITZVAH AGE

Our youth group welcomes all Jewish teens, regardless of background or affiliation. We strive to offer meaningful experiences rooted in Judaism, while taking advantage of all that Central Oregon has to offer. The bonds of lifelong friendships that began in Religious School are continued and nurtured as our teens grow and explore their world together. Students will continue to explore their Jewish identities while building community through activities led by our youth group leaders.

Youth group is open to all middle and high schoolers (6th grade and up), including those entering the year of their Bar/Bat Mitzvah, and meets once a month for 2 hours. We welcome all middle schoolers, whether or not they are enrolled in religious school.

Our youth group leader is Noah Chemtov. Many of our teens have already built beautiful relationships

with Noah through Religious and Hebrew School. For those who are new to youth group, our welcoming

and inclusive environment helps everyone feel instantly connected to our leader and the teens.

Annual dues for participants are $50.

6th and 7th graders registered in religious school can participate for no dues, as this fee is included in tuition.
